How much time is required before going live?

How much of my own time is required?
A 10-minute phone call is generally sufficient for information gathering; however, some clients prefer to be more involved, which is great as well!
Can I edit the website myself?
Of course! Our websites are very user-friendly and built with a click-to-edit interface in the back. Or, you can submit a request via email, and it will be covered within 1 business day.
What other advertising options do your offer?
We offer all clients custom plans for online advertising, social media marketing, frequent strategic blogging, and media relations.
What is your refund policy?
We spend significant time learning about our clients, and their interests; we also invest our own resources making sure every website and add-on project is just right. We do not offer refunds at this time for setup fees or services already provided.
What are the contract terms?
There is no contract; simply use our service for as long as you’d like. Should you elect to discontinue, the website design (with the exception of custom website designs) will be removed.
